Returning a product

Our mission is simple. We want to deliver the best possible goalkeeper equipment to you. However, if you don't like your goalkeeper gloves or they don't fit, you can easily send them back to us within two (2) weeks.

The following items can't be returned:

  • Products that have been already used
  • Gloves whose plastic foil has been removed

Return procedure

  • Returns will be only be possible within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will not be able to refund/exchange any products beyond this timeline.
  • If you wish to exchange your gloves for a different size, please email us at support@gripmode.com
  • Any returns must be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable

Damaged products

If you received a damaged or defective product, you can make a complaint. In this case send us an email at info@gripmode.com with your order info and a picture with a defective glove.

Modern Goalkeeping, LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items. Normal wear and tear items will not be refunded.
