Return & Complaint

Returning a product

Our mission is simple. We want to provide you with the best goalie gear possible. However, if you don't like your goalie gloves or they don't fit, you can return them to us within 14 days. Prior notice must be given to us by email, stating the reason for return.

The following items cannot be returned:

Products already used

Gloves whose plastic film has been removed

Special orders

IMPORTANT:

Gloves must still be in unused, new and perfect condition (Important: protective film on gloves). The original sales package, keychain and adhesive must also still be present.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. We cannot refund / exchange any products beyond this period.

If you would like to return your gloves (e.g. unsuitable size) please send us an email, stating the reason for return to support.eu@gripmode.com before returning the goods.

Returns must be paid for by the customer.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

The return of the products must be made immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were notified of the cancellation of this contract on the

returns portal

and send it back to our shipping partner with the shipping label generated there.


If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can file a complaint. In this case, email us at support.eu@gripmode.com with your order information and a picture with a defective glove.

Gripmode GmbH, is not responsible for normal wear and tear of items. Normal wear parts will not be refunded.
