Return & Complaint

Returning a Product

Our mission is simple. We want to provide you with the best possible goalkeeper gear. However, if you don’t like your goalkeeper gloves or they don’t fit, you can return them to us within 14 days. You must notify us in advance by email, stating the reason for the return.

The following items cannot be returned:

Products Already Used

Gloves with the plastic wrap removed

 

Special Orders

IMPORTANT:

The gloves must still be unused, new, and in perfect condition (Important: the protective film must still be on the gloves). The original retail packaging, keychain, and sticker must also still be included.



Return Policy Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot refund or exchange products after this period has expired.

If you would like to return your gloves (e.g., because they don't fit), please send us an email before returning them, stating the reason for the return, to support@gripmode.com

The customer is responsible for paying for returns.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

The products must be returned immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were notified of the cancellation of this contract, via the 

Returns Portal

to register it and return it to our shipping partner using the shipping label generated there.


If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can file a complaint. In this case, please send us an email to , support@gripmode.com, or with your order information and a photo of the defective glove.

Gripmode GmbH is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items. Items subject to normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
