Three core lines. Hybrid is the all-around glove with a hybrid cut, 4mm Griptec latex, and a removable strap, designed for grip and stability in all conditions. Knit is the lightweight option with a negative cut, the same 4mm Griptec latex, a breathable knit back, and a strapless design, built for a snug, barely-there feel with maximum mobility. Junior is the hybrid model for kids, featuring 3mm latex, a secure strap, and its own color scheme. All three models share the same silicone-punched zone.

Hybrid Cut combines a snug inner fit with full latex contact over the fingers, giving you grip and a secure hold—which is why it's our all-around favorite. With a negative cut, the seams are sewn on the inside, so the glove fits more snugly and slimly on the hand for a tighter feel. The Hybrid and Junior models use the hybrid cut, while the Knit model uses the negative cut.

There's an extra latex panel over the fingertips for more grip and contact where your fingers hit the ball. All models with "FT" in their name feature a fingertip cut. It's all about more grip surface, not extra padding.

Yes. All adult models use 4mm Griptec latex, designed to provide a secure grip in both wet and dry conditions. The grip is strongest when the latex is slightly damp, so spray your palms with water or Get The Grip before the game, and reapply the spray to restore grip in dry conditions.

For artificial turf, choose the Turf Latex option, which is more abrasion-resistant to withstand the harder surface. Regular Match Latex provides excellent grip but wears out faster on artificial turf, so use it for natural grass and indoor courts, and use Turf for hard courts.

Every Gripmode glove features a silicone panel across the fingers, in the knuckle area. It protects your knuckles upon impact, whether you’re catching a hard shot or punching the ball away. It’s available across the entire range: Hybrid, Knit, and Junior alike.

The Hybrid has a removable elastic strap, so you can adjust the tightness around your wrist yourself; one model uses a latex strap instead. The Knit is completely strapless for a clean, flat fit. The Junior has a fixed strap, suitable for younger goalies.

All adult models use 4mm Griptec latex to provide a balance of grip and cushioning. Junior gloves use 3mm latex, designed to fit the hands of younger goalkeepers.

No real break-in period. They're ready to play right out of the box. Washing them once before your first use removes the factory coating and helps the latex reach its full grip more quickly.

After each use, clean your Get The Wash, then let it air dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Never wash them in the washing machine and never dry them on a radiator—both will damage the latex. Match-Latex gloves are a consumable item for every brand, so train in an older pair and save your newest gloves for game day to extend their lifespan.
