The order/purchase (contract) is considered "confirmed" when the "Buy now" button is pressed at the end of the order process - without a general right of withdrawal.
However, the buyer may withdraw from this contract within 14 days, stating the exact reasons (withdrawal period).
The revocation period begins on the day on which the buyer or a third party named by him has taken delivery of the goods from the letter carrier (scanning of the postal tracking code).
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration by e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of products unless we have been notified of the return and have subsequently approved it. Any additional costs incurred due to non-compliance with this requirement shall be borne by the customer.
The registration on the portal or the return of the products must then be made immediately with the shipping label generated there to our shipping partner.
Products can only be returned in unused, new and perfect condition with the original packaging and the original label (including key tag and adhesive).

Junior returns:
When returning junior goalkeeper gloves, it is important that they are returned in their original condition and without signs of use. As junior models do not have a protective plastic film, this is not required for returns. Labels orother attachmentsmust not be removed. Each return will be carefully checked by trained staff. A refund will only be made if the gloves are in mint condition and show no signs of use.
Adult returns:
Goalkeeper gloves for adults are subject to particularly strict return requirements. They must be returned in new condition and the protective plastic film must still be present on the palm in order to receive a refund. Again, labels or other attachments must not be removed.

Please note:
All Gripmode Junior gloves and the Turf Edition are delivered without a special plastic protective film on the palm. The specifications regarding the presence of a plastic protective film in our return policy therefore do not apply to these models. All other models are supplied with a plastic protective film. The return guidelines regarding plastic protection film therefore apply here.
The buyer bears all costs of returning the products.
